Reeling: Reeling is the most crucial part of the dual frequency conversion wire drawing machine, which has a decisive impact on the performance of the machine and is also an important basis for testing the electrical performance of the wire drawing machine. The winding is driven by a winding motor to drive the winding coil. The wire comes out from the drawing section and passes through a tension swing rod. The function of the tension swing rod is to feedback the current tension signal to the host, and the slave machine adjusts the output frequency based on the deviation of the feedback signal to ensure a constant tension during the winding process.

1. The speed of the wire drawing part is infinitely adjustable, with high starting torque and smooth operation.

When the diameter of the winding section changes from small to large, always ensure that the wire speed is constant.

3. The swing rod can be directly started regardless of its position, and there is no need to hold hands during the starting process.

4. The tension swing rod is stable throughout the entire operation process. When a change in tension is detected, the winding should respond quickly to regain a constant tension state.

5. Ensure smooth transition during startup and shutdown, and ensure a certain tension to prevent wire breakage.

6. When threading, the wire drawing motor needs to be jogged.

7. When the wire is disconnected, there needs to be a brake signal to overcome the inertia of winding and prevent the previously wrapped wire from unrolling.

8. Regardless of whether the current winding status is empty, half disk, or full disk, it can be stopped and started at any time.

3. Working principle of dual frequency conversion wire drawing machine

The main frequency converter is actually only used for a simple speed regulation, but it needs to output a frequency change signal (i.e. analog AO output signal, AO function selected as output frequency) as the speed reference for the take-up frequency converter. The wire drawing machine calculates the synchronous output frequency based on the signal sent by the host machine and the feedback voltage signal of the swing rod position. When calculating, it should consider adapting to different speeds of the host machine, different diameters of the wire reel, and different positions of the swing rod.

The discharge motor and the take-up motor are controlled by two frequency converters respectively. The pay-off frequency converter adjusts the speed through external analog signals, and the pay-off frequency converter outputs signals and tension swing feedback signals through the frequency change of the pay-off frequency converter. After analog adjustment, the pay-off frequency converter is controlled. As the diameter of the take-up drum changes, the feedback signal of the tension swing rod also changes. This signal, along with the analog AO output signal of the pay-off frequency converter, forms two analog input signals. After being added with the help of analog signals, the silk thread maintains a certain linear speed.

Due to the fact that the take-up motor can automatically synchronize with the main puller under analog mode control, and the position of the swing rod is basically maintained in the middle position, in a sense, it also ensures that the tension of the take-up is constant.

Provide solutions based on the actual situation of the customer's site:

1. Setting out: Setting out in a free manner.

2. Wire drawing machine: Select a suitable frequency converter based on the actual motor power. After passing through multi-level molds, pull the wire to the required diameter.

3. Take-up machine: The asynchronous motor is driven by a frequency converter with appropriate power. When the motor is in a stopped state, there is a brake action, and the take-up device cannot rotate anymore.

4. Tension feedback: there is a tension floating roller in the middle of the wire drawing and take-up link, and a single turn Potentiometer is connected to the rear end of the floating roller. The position of the floating roller is fed back through the Potentiometer, that is, the purpose of tension detection is achieved.

4. Debugging instructions

a. Firstly, calculate the maximum operating frequency required for the main inverter based on the maximum line speed required by the process;

b. Calculate the maximum frequency required for winding based on the actual transmission ratio;

c. Set the default transmission ratio coefficient based on the mechanical rotation ratio relationship of the half disc;

d. The acceleration and deceleration time of the main inverter should be as long as possible (usually between 40 and 60 seconds), which can smoothly accelerate and decelerate;

e. Adjust the balance position of the tension swing rod to ensure that the mechanical midpoint corresponds to the feedback midpoint.

In order to cooperate with the detection of wire breakage, when starting, first lift the swing rod to the balanced position, wait for the wire to be tightened, and then release it to prevent the swing rod from being in the limit switch position and the motor from starting. During debugging, first adjust the open-loop vector mode of the main pulling and winding frequency converters to normal. Calculate the maximum operating frequency required for the winding frequency converter based on the maximum line speed required by the process, and then correspond to the maximum frequency of the main tension according to the actual transmission ratio to ensure that the difference in line speed between the front and rear stages is not significant. Thus, based on the feedback value of the tension swing rod, the analog signal is adjusted and controlled to control the winding frequency converter.

5. Debugging precautions for installation

1) The linear relationship between the voltage feedback signal of the swing rod position and the swing rod position should be correct. If it is not correct, it can be corrected by setting an external quantitative characteristic curve.

2) Set the acceleration and deceleration time of the wire drawing motor to be longer, which is convenient for tracking the winding motor.

3) During normal operation, if the tension swing rod swings excessively, it is necessary to check the fit clearance between the feedback signal of the tension swing rod and the two gears, one large and one small, between the swing rod.

4) During normal operation, if there is a sudden periodic fluctuation, attention should be paid to the position of the stroke switch of the cable laying machine. If it is not in the optimal position, unevenness on both sides of the reel may cause changes in the coiling diameter, further affecting the smoothness of the tension swing rod.
