The analog voltage signal output by the PLC is connected to the AI2 (or AI1) input terminal of all frequency converters as the main speed given signal. The signal of each swing arm displacement sensor is connected to the corresponding drum drive frequency converter as a response signal for PID control. Set the PID set value based on the position of the swing arm at the center. This system is a typical PID control system with feedforward, with one stage in series and PID as the fine tuning variable.
