The working principle of the wire drawing machine equipment is: according to the operating speed set by the operator on the panel, the analog signal of the speed enters the PLC, and the PLC outputs the analog signal according to a certain slope after considering the rise and fall time of the speed. The main purpose of doing this is to meet the needs of some operations such as jogging and threading. The analog voltage signal output by the PLC is connected to the AI2 (or AI1) input terminal of all frequency converters as the main speed given signal. The signal of each swing arm displacement sensor is connected to the corresponding drum drive frequency converter as a response signal for PID control. Set the PID set value based on the position of the swing arm at the center. This system is a typical PID control system with feedforward, with one stage in series and PID as the fine tuning variable.
