3.tension machine(dancer):

[1]the equipment is made of a box structure, a tension wheel group, a length-record wheel, a splitter wire wheel, and a padded mechanism.

[2]the tension wheel uses 4-upper 3-down nylon guide wheel configuration, and adopts pneumatic constant tension control and the tension are adjustable.

[3]the equipment uses the displacement detection switch full monitoring tension change, controlling the speed and tension matching.

4.take up machine(that is to say,it is the layer rewinding machine) 

[1]the equipment is powered by a servo motor drive the ball screw wire-arrange, the wire-arrange system is equipped with the straightener, and the straightener is equipped with two sets of straightening wheel to facilitate the winding volume of different welding wire specification.

[2]the equipment is driven by the servo motor to drive the wire-arrange, the wire-arrange is stable and reliable, and the wire-arrange device is equipped with the straightener.

[3]the main transmission portion of the equipment is driven by 4KW motor, frequency conversion speed, and air brake braking.
