1 the process is as follows:

(1) steel strip rewinding: pay off→constant tensile rack→Φ800 spool take up

(2) forming and rough drawing machine: spool tension active pay off → ultrasonic cleaning machine→rolling speed detection system→ forming into U shape→servo powder adding system→forming→forming and reduce diameter→ LZ6/500 drawing machine →spool take up

(3) finish drawing: spool passive pay off → LZ10/450 reduced diameter→polishing machine →spool take up (different size use the different number of block for finish)

(4)the layer winding machine : about  15-25KG each packing

IV.Main working principle:FD1200 vertical passive pay-off machine machine: Place the steel belt cut and coiled in the last process on the vertical passive pay-off machine by driving or a special sling. At this moment, the expansion sleeve is in an expansion & tension state. Put the steel belt in the expansion sleeve. Then use a special spanner to loosen the expansion sleeve to cause the expansion sleeve to tightly enclose the steel belt. GZL00 Support rack: Pull out the steel belt from the vertical passive pay-off machine, and allow it to enter the second group of horizontal guide rollers by way of the first group of horizontal guide rollers.

SD800 Spool take up machine: The steel belt from the roller support is pulled through the well-shaped guide roller and wire-pressing guide roller, and then it is wrapped around the spool. At this moment, start the device, gradually from a low speed to a normal working state. Use the tension arm to control the pay-off speed.
