5) Transmission form: ① It adopts one-stage or two-stage powerful narrow V-belt transmission.

6) Cooling system: ①The front panel of the machine is equipped with a ball valve for adjusting the water flow of reel cooling and mold cooling, which is convenient to adjust.

②The entire cooling system ensures that the surface temperature of the reel is ≤60°C when the equipment is in normal production and will not be hot to the touch.

③The main water inlet valve adopts an electromagnetic switch valve. The water inlet is synchronized with the start-up, and the shut-off is synchronized with the shutdown, which saves more than 20% of water and ensures the cooling effect.
