2: working method of wire drawing machine and take up machine 

The overall system adopts PLC control; the frequency converter and touch screen are communicated to complete data exchange. PLC can read, write, start and stop the inverter in real time. The PLC software can ensure that the processes of different drawing specifications are programmed and set, and can run smoothly. Equipped with a color screen human-machine interface system that can monitor the equipment operating status and fault display at any time. Various process parameters of the system are set by the touch screen, with high precision, strong accuracy and convenient modification. The whole system is reliable, low failure rate and easy to operate.

It can display and control the running status of each drawing reel. It can control each drawing reel and wire take-up machine individually and in linkage. After the set speed is reached, it will automatically run at a certain speed. When stopping quickly, it can realize the overall linkage of pay-off, wire drawing and take-up to brake suddenly. When a fault occurs, it can automatically alarm and display the possible fault location and reason. According to user needs, remote control and remote diagnosis are implemented based on mobile phone network and industrial Ethernet.

H: Device configuration function description for take up machine:

1): The basic functions are completed on the wire drawing machine: single machine punctuality, left-linked jog, right-linked jog, single machine reversed, left-linked (right-linked) operation, stop, and tuning tension adjustment. The console has the functions of total start, total stop, emergency stop, acceleration, deceleration, fault indication, and meter reset.
