1.Description of descaler polishing machine 
Machine frame uses the structural part, long square box structure. This equipment is composed of spindle, rotary disc, power drive part, straightener, protective cover, and vacuum cleaner. The working principle: Belt is mounted on the turntable with revolution and rotation, belt installed in the right place always close to the wire rod surface, by adjusting the eccentric shaft to complete belt tensioning-releasing, loading/unloading the belt and threading the wire rod, the adjustment of the eccentric shaft lever spring can change the tension of the sand belt. The main drive uses a 7.5KW-6 frequency conversion motor to run through a triangular belt drive spindle. The turntable is connected with the main shaft with a bolt, which is convenient for maintenance and disassembly. The machine is automatically controlled by the PLC program between the machine and the host, and the machine can also switch to separate control. The surface of the steel wire to remove rust through the belt machine completely meets the requirement of the coating. The abrasive belt uses imported zirconium corundum belt or ceramic belt.


2. Main structure of polishing machine 
2.1 Frame: Frame is welded by steel plate.
2.2 Spindle: Spindle is installed on the big bearing base, the structure adopts the form of the protruding shaft at both ends, the middle is the dynamic input, and the two ends of the shaft are installed with a set of turntable components. The spindle installs the clamp type gas brake.
2.3 Turntable component: Turntable installs the active roller set, floating roller set, passive roller set. Belt is installed on the three rubber rollers. Active roller set provides the rotation power for the belt, floating roller set is used for tensioning and loosening the abrasive belt by adjusting the eccentric shaft lever spring, the tension of the belt is kept between 200 and 150N. The belt must be in the loosen status before the machine starts, the purpose is to protect the belt from being interrupted by the broken wire.

2.4 Power drive part: The main motor drives the spindle and the large disk by the first grade V-belt. The belt motor drives the rubber roller through the first and second V-belt.

Due to the fact that the stability of the system largely depends on the role of PID, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the setting of its parameters, including low speed, high speed, rising speed, and falling speed. In addition, differential restriction needs to be involved in this system. After optimizing the parameter values of this system, the speed of 600 m/min during equipment debugging was very stable, completely solving the problem of instability of the original synchronous board at high speeds (only able to drive up to 300 m/min). The Wire Drawing Machine equipment has been tested under various working conditions, and its performance is the same as that of imported DC drives. The equipment efficiency is 90-95%, and the power saving rate is about 40%. Moreover, the electrical equipment configuration in this system is simple, with clear logic, and significantly reduced costs compared to the original. It is indeed a very excellent cost-effectiveness.
