6: The sliding frictionless support block supports the wire to slide forward, while also positioning the steel wire for abrasive grinding.

7: The automatic abrasive loading device uses spring tension to tension the passive crankshaft rubber roller, causing the abrasive to be tensioned. It is also a loosening device for abrasive loading and unloading.

8: The anti high-speed rotation centrifugal device is connected to the large rotary table with a support frame on one side, and extends out the outer end faces of two rubber rollers on the other side. It is positioned with bearings to prevent centrifugal force caused by the equipment at high speed, which plays a protective role in the movement of abrasives and damage to the equipment's bearings.

9: The spindle rotation device is used to move around the wire in a circular motion, so that the wire can be ground to the circumference.

10: The abrasive transmission device is used to drive the abrasive and move it tightly against the surface of the wire during operation, grinding the oxide layer and other impurities on the surface of the wire.

11: The abrasive adjustment device is used to adjust the tightness of the abrasive and control the deviation before and after the abrasive, ensuring the stability of the abrasive during operation, in order to better extend the service life of the abrasive.
